The application also provided local amenities, building-related resources, and local traffic and transit information. BRT is a $500 million, publicly traded, full-service commercial real estate company, with more than 220 properties.• OnBase Document Management: Enterprise content management software that centralized and secured all business documents. In addition, the application was being used for internal workflow processes, document composition, and document conversion to OCR. Both vendor service and construction contracts were generated, using the OnBase software. We also were beginning to integrate DocuSign with the OnBase document creation and approval process.• DocuSign: Electronic signature application was being used both internally and externally.
