This included installation and configuration of WSUS, SQL Server and all relevant SCCM components. Recently completed the migration of several hundred computers from Microsoft Windows XP to Windows 7 as part of our desktop replacement project. Responsible for packaging and deploying Microsoft windows updates via SCCM configuration manger to our existing installed base on a monthly or weekly basis. Completed installation and configuration of Ivanti patch add-on for SCCM to manage updates for 3rd party products used within Weld County.  Create customized software deployment packages targeted at specific user groups within our environment. As part of this, I also set up and configured the public print release stations and Jamex coin vending payment systems located at each branch location.  Spearheaded the design and implementation of our new Digital Media Lab. This included researching and detailing specifications for all hardware and software products, setting up new equipment, and installing/configuring an extensive software suite, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro X and several others. Completed the successful integration of new top-of-the line iMacs and Dell Windows 8.1 workstations into our existing Envisionware and Faronics environment.  Daily tasks include troubleshooting connectivity and printing issues, entering tickets in Track-IT ticketing system, new computer setup and configuration, building/deploying images via Acronis True Image and working on special projects as assigned. Administration of user/computer accounts and OU’s/ security groups through Active Directory Users and Computers and Open Directory Workgroup Manager. Also, supporting 75 ceiling mounted projectors. Coordinated the integration of our installed base of approximately 500 Apple computers into both Active Directory and Open Directory infrastructure utilizing “Magic Triangle” dual directory configuration. Currently implementing Apple’s MDM solution hosted on Lion Server, with Profile Manager and Apple Configuration Manager used to efficiently manage our iOS devices such as iPod touches and iPads. Application software supported includes: Microsoft Office 2010, Outlook, GoogleDocs, Parallels, GhostCast Server, DeployStudio, Active Directory Users and Computers, Apple Workgroup Manager, Apple Remote Desktop, AppleTV, Lanschool, Adobe CS3, Windows System Image Manager and a variety of other software packages.
