• Install and manage Windows 2000/2003 servers over TCP/IP, which provide a variety of services -- including file, Intranet, Scan, Citrix, Microsoft SQL and email.• Secure and monitor systems. Manage Active directory domain and Norton Antivirus clients and server. Setup and maintained directory file security using groups.• Exchange Administrator duties included add/delete and maintain email inboxes using Active Directory and System Manager on Win2003 Exchange 2003 Server. Implement and administered company security policies.• Performed routine backups using Veritas / Symantec Backup Exec. Created the offsite tape rotation plan.• Install SSL certificate for eCommerce section of company's original Internet website. Assisted in acquiring new eCommerce site currently being used and transferred the VeriSign SSL Certificate from the old site to the new site.• ACT! 2006 – Installed, configured for users, maintained and backed up the database, etc.• Exceptional in providing desktop support for issues relating to software and hardware matters. Assisted users and applied fixes using VNC and RDP.• Maintained company’s Intranet on Windows IIS 6 configuration using Dreamweaver. • Setup new user logon IDs and assigning/resetting passwords in Active Directory (AD) and AS400. Checked AS400 system status hourly. Familiar with AS400 database utility DFU.• Responsible for NEC2000 PBX Phone system, including adding and removing extensions, setting up VoIP extensions, running reports, etc.
