Established the support team as the ‘farm team’ for other Managed Service teams with the development a ‘Gatecrasher’ program to facilitate the development and preparation of staff from entry level support to SOC engineering and analyst positions. Technical owner of public filing content systems for Thomson Reuters with full SDLC responsibilities. Directed technical design, development, deployment and support from point of collection to point of distribution for global filings content including SEC Edgar as well as many other global financial document feeds. Platforms included Microsoft Windows, SUN Solaris and HP UX environments with systems deployed using C/C++, C#, VB and Perl languages.Managed integration of Public Filings content applications as part of $17.2B Thomson and Reuters merger. Provided consolidated repository supporting both legacy and strategic products.Collaborated with cross-organizational teams to design, develop and deploy content retrieval from single interface servicing data, both legacy and strategic data repositories. This empowered strategic development teams to proceed on road map, while establishing intermediate migration path for legacy products.Developed and managed integration plan for combining repositories, global content operations systems and production work flow systems for public filing data of separate Thomson and Reuters environments.
