Monitor and maintain GLC’s current host and network system including Citrix / Reflections /T1 / Redhat Linux Database load. Windows 2003 SQL Database Load.Support and maintain the GLC primary and backup datacenters. (ES040 Cluster)Analyze Alpha Cluster configuration and make enhancements to HW/SW to improve performance.Upgrade OpenVMS, Install and configure software, Setup accounts and Security.Make performance enhancements (Sysgen-Modparams) to V8.2 of Open VMS Alpha Cluster. Monitor entire GLC network to ensure proper performance.Create DCL scripts to enhance system performance and Computer Operations.Trouble shoot and analyze Open VMS System problems.Prepare, plan and approve successful completion of the daily and nightly draws.Monitor and execute daily draw processing.Compare and document ICS and GTECH production processing results.Perform daily and/or voice updates of IVR system, GLC web page, and SRS database.Perform testing of upgrades or modifications to system, network, ICS and any other majorsoftware application/hardware as needed.
