I founded the company in July, 2007 to provide focused executive level support and strategic advice in a variety of public works areas. The company is uniquely qualified to assist public sector clients in development of complex transportation and other public works programs and projects.

I joined the City of Anaheim in 1984 as the Director of Public Works/City Engineer and served in that capacity until June 2007. In Anaheim, I oversaw the operations of nearly 250 employees with a budget of $150 million.I led the development of an award winning traffic management center initially designed to manage event traffic in real time and later various ITS projects and coordination of traffic signals throughout the city. I was also active in the development of many landmark projects such as: Arrowhead Pond of Anaheim Angel Stadium renovation Anaheim Convention Center Expansion Infrastructure and beautification of the Anaheim ResortAll of the freeways in Anaheim were either widened or reconstructed during my tenure with the City. I worked closely with Caltrans in the design and implementation of those large and complex projects.I was recently involved in developing a $200 million infrastructure plan to support the emerging Platinum Triangle, a mixed use development near Angel Stadium. In addition, I began the early planning for the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center.

From 1973 to 1984 I served as Director of Public Works and City Engineer. During my tenure in Seal Beach, I managed the engineering, building & safety, planning, water and sewer utility and maintenance functions.A variety of public buildings were constructed during my tenure including the Mary Wilson library, Seal Beach police station and Public Works corporation yard. In addition, major renovation of the Electric Avenue green belt and significant improvements and maintenance activities were implemented to the city arterial and local street system.

I worked in a variety of offices of the Bureau of Engineering from 1971 to 1973.
