  Responsible for the day to day management of the campus within the spirit of the charters mission and vision. Manage and oversee a secondary level Charter school. Offers strategic, managerial and instructional leadership as well as cultural and community development while keeping the campus environment safe. Contribute in system policies; assess needs; and implementation of applicable laws, rules and regulations. Also ensure that administrative procedures are implemented appropriately. In addition, responsible for staffing and facility needs for the campus. Focus on improving PBL instructional planning and the delivery of instruction. The desired outcome is to improve student performance by enhancing the skills possessed by the instructional staff. The school-wide objective will be to establish, monitor, measure and report on the status of the instructional environment and the allocated school budget to ensure the high expectations that align with the mission, goals, and objectives of the campus.
