I am responsible for sales and service of water treatment products and services in multiple Northeast states. I have consistently been recognized as a top producer of new business in the Northeast United States. I also help educate and train new sales and service personnel joining the district.

My job was to build a new customer base in an eight state area of the Northeast United States, as well as designing and implementing marketing plans and press announcements for new product introduction.

• Managed and motivated a four person Sales Force and the Customer Service Department.
• Computed sales commissions for outside sales representatives.
• Wrote monthly and quarterly sales analysis reports for the parent company.
• Personally developed 4 Million dollars in sales, while overseeing an additional 8 Million dollars in sales from the rest of the sales force.
• Reorganized and streamlined Customer Service Department, increasing internal efficiency and expanding our capabilities to react to ever changing customer demands.
• Set up weekly training seminars with Manufacturers’ Representatives to help the sales force better understand the various products, and to keep them fully informed as to the changing market conditions.
