Overall I lead the sales and commercial efforts of Professional Services within UKI, this briefly comprises of:o Building a pipeline of new business, regularly undertaking reconciliation planning and pipeline generation activities to achieve target quota, driving both license attached and unattached businesso Identification of customer knowledge gaps and opportunities for Unit4 product or service expansion and enhancemento Contractual and Statement of Work (SOW) negotiationso Member of UKI PS Leadership Team and Extended Global Leadership Team o Leadership & execution of the Service Engagement Management (SEM) strategy in UKI region o SEM team leadership including staff hiring, performance management, coaching and developmento Deals / discounts / non-billable time approvalso Consolidates, manages and reports all bookings forecasts for the Professional Services Organisationo Escalation Management and Sponsor on Projectso A leader in the Engagement Process working with sales presales, partners, prospects and customerso Single point of contact between Sales, Partner Organisations and Professional Services
