The bulk of my career has been focused in the telemarketing and food service industry. I've always excelled in person to person communication. And nowhere else are those skills put to the test more then customer service. Few have the qualities necessary to deal with disgruntled customers. Hence why my service was always valued. Time and time again I've succeeded in dealing with unique situations while displaying a higher resolve to understand the problem at hand. I've learned a lot from my experiences, but none has had a more profound effect then my time spent in Broward Colleges Nursing program. It was there that I truly learned the importance of approaching every situation differently and to make critically thought out dicisions in highly stressful environments. It is with this background that I started my own call center with my ling time friend and now partner Anton.. Our first 6 months have been very exciting. the future of Highland inc look promising
