Bury St Edmunds

Key player within the c. £21M rerolling training to equip the Joint Force CBRN response teams with a world leading Detection, Identification, Monitoring, Communications and Analysis capability. Successfully planned, scheduled & reported project initiatives on a global scale including several hostile operations.

Afghanistan

Led, trained, developed, managed and administrated a 32 man UK team, including men and women from other corps. Also responsible for the equipment care including servicing and maintenance of c. £20M of equipment. Planned and conducted over 40 missions in an extremely hostile environment enabling coalition forces to operate with enhanced freedom of movement whilst providing support UK and Multi National Forces and other Government agencies on various tasks in particular close support to Combat Logistic Patrols and support to Brigade Reconnaissance Force. Planned and facilitated the training for 130 personnel in the absence of a formalized training programme to a high standard which was reflected in the success of the squadron.

Poole, Dorset

Advise on risk, risk reduction, medical countermeasures and coordinate any subsequent consequence management plans Responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting regular Special Forces Squadron supported exercise and live fire training worldwide. Included desert, jungle, urban, maritime counter terrorism, conventional tactics and Close Quarter Combat. Planned, Co-ordinated and delivered 5 training packages per year in order to successfully test and accredit support personnel prior to deploying on operations.

Global

During this period I was a military main battle tank commander, commanding troops and controlling asset management. I was responsible for the career and resource management of all staff under my leadership. I was a subject matter expert in chemical biological radiological and nuclear reconnaissance and defence. Using these skills I delivered and executed my orders from the government, including in Iraq and Kosovo under immense pressure from filed commander and that of the kinetics in each location.
