- Managing Planned Preventative Maintenance Program for a Grade II Listed Building in accordance with allocated Budgets, Managing all soft & hard Facilities Management Services on site- Responsible for Housekeeping, Building Security & all Maintenance (PPM & re-active) .- Managing Facilities Team (Housekeeping & Maintenance staff), including staff performance reviews.- Compiling & Delivering CAPEX Budget Projects on an annual basis- Sourcing/Vetting/Managing of Contractors on site & sign off of all works undertaken- System Manager for CCTV System (licensed SIA CCTV Operator).- Ensuring Compliance with H&S Legislation & Inspection Certificates for all Equipment, Plant & Machinery (LOLER, PUWER, PPE, PAT, Asbestos Register, Lightning Protection etc)- Weekly Fire Alarm testing, training of staff on Main Fire Panel, leading on evacuations- Presenting H&S Training to all departments (Manual Handling)- Managing/Prioritising responses to reactive & proactive maintenance requests- Identifying & Prioritising areas of the Building that require Improvements- Leading a team of full time staff with a “Hands On” & “Can Do” approach- Chairing weekly Leadership Team, Operational Team & H&S Reps Meetings (rotational basis)

Responsible for 17 Satellite Training Venues in the Region (H&S, Maintenance, Staff). Management of Cleaning & Security Teams on Campus. Maintenance of 22 Campus Training Venues. Responsible for creation of new Training Venues as required.
