I am most productive and energized finding solutions for entrepreneurs, physicians and administrators. My passion is to lead by example, develop and mentor people, and help teams synergize for the common good. I have had the pleasure to work in many capacities in my career from the large corporate environment, to start-ups, and investments. I consider myself very fortunate to be involved with so many outstanding people, and opportunities to help improve the lives of patients. My longest career stay was 20 years with Nellcor Inc. up to Tyco/Medtronic. I was a top sales producer to Vice President of Sales for Nellcor Puritan-Bennett. I was a founding member of Nellcor's National Accounts Department, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Corporate OEM relationships. I spent a decade in surgery with five years in orthopedic surgery, and also a number of novel technologies with my own company. The most significant companies outside of orthopedics were Auto-Syringe (acquired by Baxter), Concept (now Conmed Corp), and Technol (currently under the name Kimberly Clark). I have a strong curiosity in the continuing and ever changing medical services environment. I am positive exciting new technologies will improve healthcare outcomes, and reduce cost. I continue to be interested in looking at investment opportunities. I have been granted multiple patents, and am interested in new applications.
