• Evaluate, analyze, and resolve business operation by applying optimization methods, supply chain information technologies including Risk Management, TQM, ERP, MRP, Six Sigma, JIT, ROP, and EOQ to enhance business operation system and planning.• Compile and analyze sales forecasts, market factors, manufacturing capabilities, logistic movements, and procurement information to optimize production, inventory balance, and profitability.• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to address supply and demand planning metrics, and drive top and bottom line growth for fiberglass reinforced plastic industry.• Formulate simulation models on raw material cost and market price, according to CMAI/CDI index, to generate profit & loss projections. Perform overall cost reduction and estimate cost overruns.• Analyze the financial aspects, such as budgets, expenditures, R&D appropriations, and return-on-investment to predict and evaluate financial performance. Identify root causes for deviation and propose annual budget. • Forecast demand and create harmonized supply-chain plans that ensure efficient production using AS400. • Review SOP and apply TQM to meet ISO 9000 Standard. Report the abnormality and recommend corrections.
