Since 2004 I have been employed at Bradman Lake Group, an integrated packaging technology company classified as a Field Service Engineer. My qualifications include Bradman Lake`s full line of current and past top loading carton formers and closers. Job requirements are:• The ability to perform under production time constraints.• Ability to travel on short notice nationally and internationally and work off-shift hours per customer request.• Uploading PLC programs and troubleshooting problems related to machine controls.• Troubleshoot AC and DC controls. • Use of hand and measurement tools and electrical test equipment.• Communicate with Production and Engineering teams on site to address customer concerns.• Build and maintain good customer relationships.• Conduct onsite training.• Identify opportunities to improve and expand service to customers.• Complete service and expense report documentation.• Advise customer on product development issues identified through service support calls.• Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance and quality of products, including suggestions to increase efficiency.
