CurrentA Scrum Master and agile coach within BT Digital’s Consumer area, working with 2 teams part of a broader tribe and alliance structure to deliver valuable features for EE's App and Web home pages. Driving improvements in agile maturity and delivery efficiency at a team and tribe level. Building strong leadership relationships to be able to influence mindset and their ability to trust and listen to scrum teams. Using data based evidence to re-enforce this partnership which is vital in an environment that is currently complex and at scale.Key Achievements ● Guiding both teams towards agile maturity and trend setters within the tribe○ Including forming a more stable and sustainable way of working and direction of travel in a volatile environment● Working with 2 teams and guiding them towards common ways of working and a more aligned and predictable delivery for 1 product across 2 platforms● Facilitated the restructuring of shared ‘discovery’ roles across teams to provide more efficient use of their time while closely managing their continued connection to the teams● Taking a prominent agile role within the tribe and the prep and running of BRP sessions ○ Including establishing and leading a tribe working group consisting of all SMs and delivery management roles ● Playing a leading role in driving improvement and value from the Scrum Master CoP○ Including implementing a more organised approach where upcoming and future subject areas can be easily viewed and collaborated on● Implemented Scrum of Scrums to better visualise, prioritise and coordinate dependencies across squads and tribes● Improving transparency by surfacing all relevant data (via Jira) to present the team reality and the latest commentary on sprint and roadmap progress
