Mr. Lieberman is licensed practicing attorney in Ohio and has been practicing law for more than 40 years. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. In addition to the state of Ohio, he is also admitted to practice law in Federal Court in the Northern District of Ohio, and in the United States Tax Court. He is a Founding Member of Levelan Partners, LLC a private equity real estate investment company with projects in Ohio and the Southeast United States. Previously, he also was a Founding Member of K.R.I. Capital Partners, a real estate investment firm. Mr. Lieberman is a graduate of The Ohio State University and holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. He holds a law degree from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law. For most of his career his practice has focused on real estate transactions, investments and litigation. Mr. Lieberman has been involved as an investor in a wide variety of projects, including multi family, shopping centers, warehouses and office buildings throughout the United States.
