I have worked in the people development and e-Learning sector for over 10 years in an emergency service/public sector role.I led and managed a team delivering within this area at a senior team lead level.I believe I am a natural problem solver with the quality of being able to ask the 'hard' questions.I am an avid supporter of people development and that all team members should have the opportunity to grow within their role.I hold a University Diploma in Leadership and Management from The University of Worcester and also an ILM (institute of Leadership and Management) Level 3 award in Leadership and management Skills.My experience and skills are in the following areas:27 service years in a Fire and Rescue Service.Team Lead/Developer for e-Learning creation and Development (Moodle, Adobe Captivate)Managing a team of people.Communication skills to any level of management including Strategic.Developing e-learning Packages utilising Adobe Captivate or within a Moodle platform that try and meet as many diverse learning styles as practically possible.Scoping and integration of e-Learning related technologies.Working with the Moodle eLearning platform which includes some basic php skills specific to Moodle.Basic skills working with/programming Postgres-SQL environment mainly in relation to MoodleAnalysing processes and providing online efficiency solutions based in Microsoft OfficePowerapps/Power Automate/Sharepoint/Database.
