Duties include validation of invoices from external agencies, client invoice production and maintenance of client accounts, dealing with invoice, payment and financial assessment queries, production of monthly statistics for Senior Management.

Duties included production and collation of monthly reports and statistics for Senior Management ,financial administration, dealing with public enquiries, typing, training and supervision of junior members of staff, staff training/user support on IT systems, acting as a database query helpline, logging errors where necessary, providing dedicated administrative support to senior managers and cash handling.
