Responsible for Full EDI implementation with all suppliers, eliminating paper completely from the parts supplier distribution operations. Built GPC/ NAPA EDI Network and later expanded EDI to all GPC Subsidiaries to remove paper wherever possible. Achieved 93.5 vendor compliance with an average cost of approx $2.00 per invoice copy (which included payroll, rent, etc. for AP team). Implemented SSCC18 shipment level scanning solution from suppliers to Distribution centers - including LTL carriers significantly increasing efficiencies in our Distribution Centers. Built infrastructure for hosting NAPA Ecommerce infrastructure from its inception, including B2B and B2C. Worked with Major Accounts to facilitate diverse ecommerce integration needs for our largest customers. Served the entire North American geographical market.
