Director Of Budgets - Academic Affairs
Senior staff position for financial planning, analysis and management. Responsible for a wide range of administrative matters including business operations and management practices- Collect, analyze and interpret financial information including human resources and budget data to support program planning and resource management in 7 colleges on 5 campuses, working directly with the Provost who is responsible for managing state resources totaling $750,000,000 annually. - Plan, design and evaluate internal resource allocation methodologies and financial models - Administer the annual faculty salary increase process on an $85 million salary base. - Plan and administer the State budget ($174 million) from appropriation to allocation and expenditure for seven colleges, four regional campuses and the fifteen support areas - Evaluate, recommend and implement Legislative, Board of Regents, and University policies and procedures relevant to resource requests, budgets, faculty salaries and management practices
