• Carry out product analysis to ensure that our manufacturing processes are delivering a high-quality product in line with our agreed standards.• Outline and identify aspects of our processes that are detrimental to product integrity and /or quality and provide suggestions for resolving.• Work as part of the training team to ensure that all training documentation and processes are ‘fit for purpose’ ensuring that product details and process information is accurate and supports the development of increased product knowledge throughout the business.• Provide advice support and training to the Processing administrators, helping to identify issues at the processing stage and educate the administrators in product analysis at this early stage of the process.• Work with the production managers and quality personnel to support the quality improvement projects throughout the business.• Demonstrate leadership in our continuous improvement strategy, informing management of new or improved processes that would help support the business.• Trial new methods and processes as part of continuous improvement projects• Engage with the sales team and carry out market research in terms of competitor offerings for new and improved products in the marketplace
