Both grew to multi-million dollar operations, and were acquired by Volaris Group in 2013. •Business and Insurance Industry Acumen: I have a strong track record of analyzing an organization’s structure, processes and people and then designing and implementing a growth plan that allows the organization to achieve its goals for the future. I have a knack for seeing the pros and cons of big picture options as well as the advantages and disadvantages of smaller decisions.•Walking the Talk: I believe in leading with integrity and consistency, and in actively engaging team members at all levels. I believe that the secret to happiness is to find out what you love to do and then figure out a way to get paid doing it. If I help others achieve that goal, I am successful. I believe family is more important than work and balance is essential, and those are values I promote within the teams I lead.
