Career HighlightsKey member of the project team which steered new country entries for Tuxedo as part of the international expansion plans initiated in Q2 / 2013. My remit consisted of;1. Setting product pricing with the regional sales director2. Agreeing commercial terms on which to contract with the affinity partner3. Building the 5 year plan supported with scenario analysis and contingency planning4. Assessing the cost of capital / investment return requirementsIntroduced, developed and maintained Tuxedo FX pricing strategy. This has had an annual income benefit to Tuxedo of circa. £1M per annum since Q1 / 2012. My remit consisted of;1. Evaluating the current pricing strategy2. Monetising the opportunity for the business and it’s affinity partners3. Presenting my recommendations to the senior executive team of Tuxedo and product managers of our affinity partners4. Stakeholder management of the project impacts and implementation.Conducted a national price elasticity study for the M&S Travel Money business; the findings of which influence the basis of the FX pricing strategy. The results of which enabled the business unit to generate an extra £3M per annum in 2009 alone. My key deliverables were;1. Segmentation of the M&S Travel Money network for optimum analytical insight2. Designing a daily dashboard for communication of results with the Retail side of the business3. Summarising the trial and the outcomes for the senior committee of the Financial Services businessUsed national sales statistics of automobiles in the UK to optimise the stock mix strategy employed at each of Carcraft’s 6 sites. My key deliverables were;1. Reviewing sales patterns of used cars by postal region2. Assessing Carcraft site catchment areas3. Comparing the results of the sales by postal region with the stock lists held at each site
