Role was working internally with NZI Leadership Team and externally with key strategic partners in NZ Broker Network.Key responsibility was to develop and enhance account management and sales capabilities within the intermediated insurance industry in NZ.During this tenure I worked in the NZI Personal Lines Division and then the NZI Commercial operation.

Auckland Based

Responsible for the roll out of a new customer service and sales model across the IAG NZ Direct business channels.Key functions included facilitating sales workshops designed to improve/ enhance / introduce a new sales and service methodology within the business.Coaching- Coach the coach and act as consultant to the leadership teams
