Started as Product Engineering and Quality Control Manager, later named Merchandising Manger and moved to VP of Merchandising. Also held VP of Marketing and VP of Supply Chain Title's before becoming President in 2008.

My first job after graduation initially as product engineer and ultimately being Manager of Product and Plant Engineering.
