• Responsible for establishing and managing a Global Supply Chain project plan to execute a business spin-off of the Critical Care business unit. Through thorough planning and team communication efforts, the team was able to pivot from a business spin-off to business acquisition in under 120 days. The result was Critical Care was acquired by Becton Dickinson for $4.2 billion dollars and the deal closed on September 2, 2024. The Global Supply Chain team consisted of over 20 VPs, Senior Directors, Directors, and Project Managers all of whom I maintained constant contact with to ensure success.• Managed the project budget of over $300 million for the Global Supply Chain stream which enabled timely submission of purchase orders and adherence to budgetary requirements. The strict tracking and attention to detail while developing the budget was critical in communicating with the purchasing company financial responsibilities. The buyer was able to clearly identify which programs to maintain throughout the acquisition. • Lead weekly meetings in which roadblocks, deliverables, questions, and significant updates to the project were discussed. These weekly meetings helped to foster high communication and collaboration in a fast-paced environment while utilizing team members’ time in an efficient manner.

• Used statistical processes to improve labor planning efforts and captured over $9,000,000 in missed labor hours by using over 1,000,000 data points to re-evaluate new hires’ learning curve work dilution. • As Lead capacity Program Manager for five Delivery Stations, reduce capacity risk by leading weekly forecasting meetings, utilizing internal Enterprise Resource Planning tools, and refining unique solutions. • Manage weekly business review documents and procedures driving process improvement through west region. • Identified errors within labor plan files which prevented overstaffing for two sites and resulted in cost savings.
