Currently responsible for managing a team of 50 consultants who deliver Interactive solutions and custom design for all of our web based solutions. My direct responsibilities include: financials, budgets, strategic business planning, performance evaluations, salary administration, and hiring.

Responsible for managing a team of consultants who deliver complete project lifecycle support to our clients. Responsible for all east coast accounts, pre and post sales, within the retail vertical business unit. My direct responsibilities include: financials, budgets, strategic business planning, performance evaluations, salary administration, and hiring.

Member of the Operating Committee reporting directly to the COO. Responsible for all financials, budgets, strategic business planning, performance evaluations, salary administration, and hiring for both the U.S. and European territories consulting practices.

Manage the daily operation of the Technical Services business.Responsible for Financials, Budgets, Resource Utilization, Customer status, and strategic business planning, performance evaluations, salary administration, and hiring.

Responsible for managing the Technical Services staff assignments for all North American accounts, including recruiting and training. This includes negotiations with the home office in England, and the branch office in South Africa for the inter-company staff assignments based on skill needs. Managed a team of Systems Analysts and Programmers involved in development, maintenance, and the daily support of both batch and on-line Supply Chain systems. Reported to Senior Management on Project Planning, Schedules, and Project Status. Responsible for personnel performance evaluations, Salary Administration, Department Budget Planning, and hiring.
