Gary is a learning consultant providing a variety of learning services including e-learning design & development, facilitation, training needs analysis, and course design and development.Gary’s passion lies in imparting his knowledge and skills to others to help them grow themselves and their organisations. Gary’s other passion, starring in local theatre, means that he is an entertaining and skilled facilitator who has received rave reviews from participants, both in their experience of the course and what they took away from it.First entering into the facilitation field in 2006, Gary has since also trained and worked in training needs analysis, course design and development, and been responsible for maintaining the NZQA accreditation of a Private Training Establishment.A qualified Chartered Accountant who has held senior Finance roles in organisations as diverse as a top tier accounting firm, a global Technology giant, education, government and the private sector in New Zealand, Hong Kong and Australia.
