Director Human ResourcesBoeing’s Public Policy OrganizationGary assumed his current position as a business partner to Boeing’s Public Policy organization in May 2006. Gary was assigned in December 2004 to lead the HR team in support of Boeing’s Washington D.C. Operations and International Relations organizations. Previous to his assignment in Washington D.C., Gary managed all human resource activities for Contractor Logistics Support & Services (CLS&S), a business unit within Boeing’s Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) organization. Gary joined pre-merger McDonnell Douglas in 1978. Prior to this assignment, Gary was Director of Human Resources for McDonnell Douglas operations in Saudi Arabia. From 1987 to 1990, Gary held Human Resources management positions on the Peace Sun program, the Advanced Tactical Fighter (ATF) program, and was Director of Human Resources for operations in Tulsa, OK. From 1980 to 1987, Gary was manager of several Human Resources positions in Dhahran, Riyadh and Taif, Saudi Arabia. Gary has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics from Culver Stockton College in Canton, MO and has taken post graduate courses towards an MBA through Webster University.
