As Vice-President of AmeriCom, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations at our various branch offices. Duties also include business development, designing complex network solutions for large emerging market clients, assessing clients’ network requirements and recommending design solutions. Also excel in strategic planning, conflict resolution, job costing, sales/marketing, maximizing profitability and interfacing with current and prospective customers. I also serve as a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD.) This distinction has permitted me to assess customers’ telecommunication needs in order to design and implement a plan that allows for imminent growth; all the while following industry standards established by BICSI, TIA and EIA. In addition, I have been an active BICSI member for more than sixteen years ardently promoting BICSI’s standards and best practices across the communications industry.

At NSYNC, my RCDD credentialing was utilized in the design, integration and implementation of telecommunication and data communications transport systems and related infrastructure. Being uniquely positioned to create the detailed design of many new systems and integrated designs for existing structures, I was also tasked with managing an elite sales force and also overseeing the entire structured cabling division which had me supervising a broad range of employees and various areas of support.

As Program Manager/RCDD, my position consisted of creating certified structured cabling designs, evaluating the proper amount of space needed for the present and for the future thereby saving customers’ valuable time and money. Job also included marketing and business development, tracking market trends and financial ramifications of the industry, utilizing advanced technologies, performing on-site quality inspections, assessing clients’ network requirements, recommending and designing complex network solutions, performing on-site quality inspections, and bidding/estimating.

As Program Manager of PPDG’s Network Solutions Division, I designed and implemented all policies and procedures for the division. This included job costing, purchase order tracking, bidding and estimating, business development, sales/marketing and inventory control programs. Duties also include project management, site surveys, sales management and operations management both domestically and internationally. In a span of three years, the division went from zero dollars at conception to over $7 million. My priority has always been to ensure maximum profitability and maintaining the highest standard of quality customer service and ethical standards.
