Providing consultancy on workplace design and strategy to accommodate Covid protocols

Managing the property portfolio to accept headcount growth, moves and changes strategies and resultant tactical moves programs. Included moving c300 people from 2 satellite offices into the Moorgate head office. Preparation of Change management processes and workshops for Senior management groups and line managers.

Six-month fixed term contract to exit office space and manage the resultant moves program and change protocols.

Contracted to Source8 (Mitie), working on the Rolls Royce contract with a remit to reduce the office portfolio footprint of the estate and to program moves strategies as well carrying out desk survey projects and workplace strategy responsibilities.

Contracted to CBRE on the HSBC Account. Responsible for Strategy and occupancy planning in the northern region HSBC Office portfolio. Previously I was Implementation manager on a major moves and changes program for HSBC in Sheffield, the role included change and communications management. Other major projects included AWS Lead for a new build 700 seat contact centre in Arlington, Leeds and working on the portfolio strategy for all the Bank's commercial properties in Birmingham.
