Long Term Substitute Counselor for Van Buren Elementary School and Stagg High School for the 2018 spring school year. Responsibilities included scheduling, career planning, college selection, SST Meetings, SARB Hearings and solving personal problems. Became part of the Van Buren Elementary School staff as a counselor for the 2018/19 school year. With the start of the 2018/2019 school was moved to Interim Principal at Van Buren Elementary as the Principal accepted a promotion. As the Interim Principal I assumed the lead of a school that has seen great improvement in the previous 2 years. Kept the school moving in the direction set by the former Principal and set higher goals for the 2018/19 school year. Which included raising State Test scores another 10%, lowering school absent rate to single digits, increase MAP testing scores to proficient, and get all students thinking about careers. While overseeing the daily operation of the school, evaluation of staff, school budget, school safety, school curriculum/instruction, attending district/school meetings, building community relations, and insuring that all students receive the best education in Stockton Unified School District. Moved to a counselor position at Roosevelt Elementary once the Van Buren Elementary position was filled. February 2018 to Present.

Principal for the Livermore Valley Charter Preparatory, that oversaw the daily operation of project based curriculum, discipline, staff evaluation, hiring of new staff, LCAP, and being the instructional leader of the school site. Incorporate Edgenuity software and NWEA MAP testing with Project Based Learning. This blended learning model strengthened the instructional process for the students and the staff. In charge of the WASC accreditation for the school. Do to the miss management of funds in 2012/13 school year at the corporate level. The school had to file for Chapter 7 and was shut down at the end of the 2016/2017 school year. That school year 72 seniors graduated and moved onto all UC campuses and private universities.

Principal for the Delta Launch Charter School Adult Education Program that over saw enrollment, evaluation of adult transcripts, staff and operation of the school program in 8 counties. In charge of the CalPads and LCAP reporting for the New Jerusalem Elementary School District that sponsors the Delta Charter Schools. On the following committees for Delta Charter Schools/New Jerusalem Elementary School District: School Cabinet, Expulsion Panel, and Administration team. Lead Administrator for Initial Accreditation of WASC report for both the Delta Charter Online and Delta Charter School. WASC Chair for West Sacramento Early Charter Prep, Prospect High School and Visiting Committee member for Stanislaus County Office Education Alternative Education Program.

Instructional Leader of the Assessment/Guidance Program for Horizon Charter School and Partnerships for Student Centered Learning, this covered all aspects of academic services for two K-12 school settings in 6 counties that covered CalPads reporting for two schools, Common Core, STAR Testing Coordination for two schools in 6 counties, CHASEE Testing Coordination, CELDT Testing, Physical Fitness Testing, UC Doorways course approval, AP Courses approval and testing, Administer the PSAT test to sophomores and juniors for the two schools. Organized the Catalog and over saw Academic Advising Services for the two schools in 6 counties. Directed and evaluated staff. On the following committees for Horizon Charter Schools: WASC, ROP, BTSA, School Attendance Review Board (SARB), Expulsion Panel, Highly Qualified Teacher (HQT), and Technology. WASC Chair for visiting committee to Lee Vinning High School, Prospect High School, HomeTech Charter School, North State Independence High School, and Visiting Committee member for John Muir Charter School.

With other school site Administrators and Probation Department help developed a re-entry program back to regular school sites form Community Court School.
