Corporate Security conducts comprehensive due diligence investigations on potential clients, vendors, consultants, brokers, and other businesses to provide the information necessary to evaluate risks prior to the company entering into business relationships. Corporate Security is responsible for protecting the licensing suitability of IGT by ensuring full and appropriate investigations are conducted providing sufficient information for management and regulators to make a determination of suitability of each individual or business as required by regulation and by IGT’s Compliance Plan. A primary focus of Global Security Affairs is on international due diligence and special international investigations.

Manage and direct the suitability and due diligence investigations of all customers, vendors, joint ventures and strategic relationships of individuals and businesses intending relationships with IGT.Additional responsibilities:• Manage and direct the background investigations of all employees and potential candidates for hire.• Manage and conduct all sensitive investigations as directed by General Counsel and the Vice President of Compliance.• Manage and conduct internal investigations of employee misconduct.• Prepare and make presentations of investigative findings to Company officers, Compliance Committee and members of the Board of Directors.• Make recommendations and proposals of investigations and investigation findings to General Counsel and Company officers.
