Key Achievements• Aligning process by adopting best practice from Acenden and KMC creating one strong robust way of running the securitisations by developing operational processes which improve operational efficiency and control effectiveness.• The migration of all KMC mortgages from HML to the Northview Groups servicer platform. By understanding the differences in the way, the 2 systems operated I could ensuring a smooth transition by identifying and resolving data quality issues. This resulted in a seamless impact to the reporting of the securitisations
