Key responsibilities include:• Preparation and analytical review of quarterly bond calculations & investor reports ensuring timely payments to investors for 50+ existing securitisations (Acenden & KMC issuances).• Modeling new securitisations which involved accurately modeling from deal documentation to make sure the mechanics of the transactions worked through the life of the deal.• Full reconciliations of cash within each SPV back to the cash ledgers, and all mortgage collateral data back to source mortgage systems. • Working with key counterparties ensuring SWAPS and liquidity facility payments are calculated correctly and timely payments made.• Managing securitisation calls and execution so final cash flows are correctly actioned and the deals were closed down appropriately.• Working closely with investors, issuers, trustee, banking, rating agencies & other counterparties to ensure that all the requirements of the stakeholders in the securitisations met.• Prepare SPV cashflow and asset amortisation forecasts to predict future payment difficulties/ risks.• Team supervision, assisting the manager with the day to day team activities and provide training to help the team operate as effectively as possible. Key Achievements• Aligning process by adopting best practice from Acenden and KMC creating one strong robust way of running the securitisations by developing operational processes which improve operational efficiency and control effectiveness.• The migration of all KMC mortgages from HML to the Northview Groups servicer platform. By understanding the differences in the way, the 2 systems operated I could ensuring a smooth transition by identifying and resolving data quality issues. This resulted in a seamless impact to the reporting of the securitisations

Key responsibilities included:• Controlling and managing the group’s daily cash position & reporting the group’s available headroom to the board on a daily basis.• Ensuring that short-term funding needs of the group are determined and achieved by utilising various revolving credit and overdraft facilities.• Management of all various company debt instruments totalling £250m & interest payments to the banks.• Prepare all currency bank reconciliations and posting journals.• Monthly preparation and reporting of inter company funding & interest charges to business divisions.• Manage the short term purchase ledger spend requirements for all the divisions of the business from their weekly forecast and prepare weekly cash allocations for the Treasury Manager to approve.
