This work is in support of building and growing a high-margin, repeatable Professional Services business for Infoblox.Job Responsibilities:- Develop and manage a Center of Excellence for the Professional Services teams to deliver implementation projects and standard service packages- Define a life-cycle framework for taking advanced services from concept definition to implementation.- Work closely with the Product Manager for Services and PS Leadership as services are created to ensure they are implementable.- Interact with customer representatives, solution architects and Development Engineering to determine scope and budget of work, helping to both draft the statement of work and align the PS Teams to execute it- Build an end to end implementation plan for every service that is defined. - Work together with all functional areas, including Pre-Sales, PS team, Marketing, Engineering, Pricing, Marketing, Training, Channels and Product Management and ensure each delivers the required components.- As needed, interfaces directly with Customers and Partners during certain phases of the services implementation plan.
