Responsible for planning and delivering implementation services for new ERP clients. Managed an 18-24 month client implementation to adopt the Datatel product. This included budget management, assessing client technical readiness, client coaching and scheduling services, communication with the consultants, manage tech support escalations, and communicate internal process improvements.Managed up to 11 different client projects with approximate budget of $2,000,000 simultaneously while in various stages of product implementation.

Acted as a primary point of contact between the client, sales, and the delivery department. Developed, monitored, and updated project plans for new and existing customer projects to ensure timely and efficient project completion and delivery. Modified project plans to reflect approved scope changes, when applicable. Managed and tracked issue/changes requests associated with project and coordinate communication between groups for interdependencies, issues and change requests.
