I have been a in the local real estate market since I became a Realtor® in the late 1970’s, I offer a solid knowledge of our market, financing options within the area and ease the negotiation process between sellers, buyers and lenders. I am a team member at O'Brien & Associates Real Estate, and a mentor to the community.I have extensive experience in Antrim, Charlevoix and Emmet counties, covering primarily East Jordan, Ellsworth, Central Lake, Boyne City, Petoskey, Charlevoix – and many more beyond and between. I truly loves my job, bringing buyers and sellers together in what continues to be one of life’s biggest and most important decisions. I am involved in the community not just from a business standpoint, but have been faithfully involved with East Jordan Rotary, especially its Strive mentoring program. The East Jordan High School Strive Program encourages students whose ability to graduate is at risk, utilizing community volunteers in mentoring positions. I have also volunteered in many community events and continue to offer my services.
