 Co-founder of start up technology liquidation and resale firm. Began with “garage operation” and profitably grew the business to 10k sq’ freeway frontage O.C. facility with 15 full time employees. Established specific, project processes to quickly & efficiently remove, test and qualify for resale, for a wide variety of commercial electronic components. Expanded business from California operations to national "green" liquidations.

 Revamped and expanded a small telecom distributor with 300% increase in first year revenues.  Recruited and hired 4 new sales managers and multiple highly certified engineers within initial 4 months. Established new Cisco Call Manager & Data practice within 12 months; Premiere status, then Silver status attained. Attained Cisco Gold Partner status within initial 18 months of operation. Established successful contract relationship with Qwest Communications for Cisco Call Manager project implementations (now Epoch Universal). Initiated ShoreTel Distributorship as a spin off organization.

 Increased sales from $9 million to $29 million annual rate in initial 30 month period. Established new regional office locations and consultative approach to market. We began a carrier services sales group, later adopted nationally. Recruited seasoned sales professionals and CTI/network engineers to establish strong, engineering based, team sales approach to the marketplace. Established a conceptual sales approach in the general marketplace & consulting community which gave the organization a strong “systems integrator” identity which enhanced long term relationships and profitability. From a predominant base of NEC & Avaya TDM voice systems, we led the initial launch and Cisco distribution relationship in the Western Region which was later established nationally. Consistently met or exceeded monthly sales quotas which ranged from $1 million to $7 million with heavy public sector and commercial market penetration. As the VP Sales, Western Region at Expanets, I managed a group of 10 Sales Managers and about 70 direct sales personnel.

 Began as draw against commission commercial sales representative. Consistently achieved or exceeded personal quota. Promoted to Sales Manager, then Branch Manager. Built sales team & met/exceed cumulative quota for team of 6. Top performing Branch, Region & Nation. Company acquired by Siemens Corp. Promoted to Regional Major Systems Sales Manager. Achieved multiple consecutive annual President’s Club awards for myself and team members with significant benefits.
