It can be a challenge but it is also one of the most rewarding aspects of building a business because it unleashes the power, efficiency and joy that only true, team based synergy can bring. Salespeople, engineers, administrators, executives and technicians all have slightly different motivations and priorities as we go about delivering as promised in our daily processes. It is a beautiful thing when they all come together with a unified focus.
