Led the Strategic Sourcing program for IT Support Services and Telecoms Services for TransGrid. Developed a much stronger operating model whilst reducing operating cost by over 30%.

Director – Operations- Developed leading practice Project and Program Governance operating models for the Asia Pacific operations, this model was rolled out to the North American operations during 2008 Clients:- Halifax Bank of Scotland, Australia (HBOSA)- Responsibilities: Project Director & Account Executive Achievements: Directed Strategic Procurement review of $230m in indirect spend, implemented strategic sourcing program for contingent labour yielding over $8m p.a savings with a further $15m identified for implementation.

Head of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) & “Which New Bank” Procurement Transformation Program Responsibilities:- Indirect Procurement spend of over $2Bn AUD p.a.- Directed “Which New Bank” (WnB) Procurement Transformation Program – Targeting savings of $130m within 2.5 years- Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Category Management, Procurement Strategy, Policy & Operating Model, Cyberlynx RelationshipAchievements:- Condensed 3 year WnB Procurement Transformation program into 2.5 years whilst exceeding savings target of $130m- Assembled one of Australia’s leading Strategic Sourcing Functions to undertake the WnB procurement transformation- Developed leading practice procurement strategy, policy and operating model including: initiation of an end to end Procurement to Payment Business Process Reengineering

As a lead Consulting Principal within PwC Procurement practice I led many Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Diagnostic Programs for many Australian and global organisationsI developed, implemented and tailored PwC's procurement operating model and rolled Full Value Procurement out regionally and then global throughout PwC in 2002. Some of the more significant programs I ran include:2003 - Strategic procurement review of all QANTAS operating divisions: identifying over $350m in savings opportunities. Many of the strategies developed have since been implemented to help shore up QANTAS against the Global Economic Crisis.2001 - Performed the Whole of WA Government Strategic Procurement Review: (150+agencies) which identified the savings opportunities, operational efficiencies and strategies that have since been implemented yielding over $400m in savings over the subsequent 5 years.
