K8 Ventures, established in 2016, is a Venture Builder Studio. K8 was acquired by 11.2 Ventures in June 2020.

Founded Social Qnect (SQ) in November 2012 to provide native mobile Q&A applications to affinity groups. In 2013 Founder Equity Fund, an early stage technology fund headquartered in Chicago, purchased 60% of SQ. After successfully launching SmartMom into the market in 2014, SQ is focusing on providing to the market native mobile white-label engagement solutions for Affinity Groups.

Co-founder of the company. Was responsible for raising the equity and debt capital for the company as well as managing the company's government programs and strategic partnerships. On October 1, 2012, QuietAgent merged its two operating subsidiaries with three divisions of First Advantage Corp. to form Symphony Talent, LLC. Symphony Talent is majority owned by the Symphony Technology Group, a private equity group based in Palo Alto, CA. In November 2012, QuietAgent formed a new subsidiary, Social Qnect, to focus on building native mobile engagement applications for affinity groups. Its application, SmartMom, launched in the Apple Store in February, 2014.

Raised $43 million of equity and debt capital for TWS. TWS provided RF engineers and SMS solutions to the large carriers. TWS also built and ran the mobile network on the island of American Samoa after winning the PCS license for the territory in the C-band auctions in 1996. Secured the initial funding for TWS for the auctions while a partner at Weiss, Peck & Greer.

Co-founded the Quantitative Equity Division at WPG in 1991. Managed two billion dollars of pension fund money in large stock portfolios using a unique mathematical model based on the Nobel Prize winning theories of Dr. Harry Markowitz. Worked with Dr. Markowitz in 1989-1990.
