I lead a team of managers that are accountable for installation operations. In my current role I have responsibility for revenue growth, with monthly reporting of revenue, costs, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Sales, Product and Development teams to ensure correct service delivery within cost and revenue forecasting.I manage a diverse staff of 41 that are dispersed over GB and Ireland, with only a few face-to-face meetings a year. I mentor a pool of talent within my team to help them further their career. I am one of the top hiring managers within the Siemens Healthineers GB&I, where I pioneered a new method of hiring technical people, including new presentation techniques and technical testing.Daily tasks include ensuring all onsite and remote work meet GB and Irish regulatory, contractual requirements and health and safety. It also includes troubleshooting installation clashes and dealing with customer requests, with an ever-changing timeframe for projects. I work on multi system tenders with our sales team. I also work across multiple groups to deal with hot sites. Creative thinker bringing new ideas to the business, I have pitched an idea at the Siemens Healthineers Innovation board to use Augmented Reality in our business. This was successful and I am now co-running a global initiative that includes Microsoft, Siemens Healthineers IT, Service, Sales and Education. This initiative will implement multiple projects, these will improve efficiency and open new markets.
