“Operation Bravo has been a pioneer in developing and applying alternative voting solutions for military and citizens overseas. We are now working as part of a consortium to develop new voting methods for our military veterans suffering polytrauma and brain injuries from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. We expect that our research and new technologies will not only help those recently injured, but will benefit the millions of citizens who suffer from multiple forms of injuries as well as cognitive learning disabilities such as Alzheimer’s and dementia.”

Included a two year project funded by the United States Election Assistance Commission (EAC) to determine the voting needs of recently injured military personnel. The end result report was present to U.S. House Congressional Committee

Responsible for the administration of voter registration and elections in Forsyth County fastest growing county in Georgia and one of top five in the USA. Developed an absentee voting system using internal and external resources that was unique in Georgia and reduced processing time by more than 60%. Initiated Forsyth First Vote program, which became nationally recognized and surged involvement in poll working with county youth. 30% of all poll workers in Forsyth were under the age of 21 during this program that increased turnout of younger voters and added energy and technical competence to all polling operations. Developed and implemented real time updates to the elections department web site for early voting. This online insight was voted "best technical innovation nationally for elections in 2008 by the Election Center
