My role for Raylian included, coordinating 4 project managers, appointing and approving subcontractors and subcontractors packages, design approval with in house designers and manufacturing contractors, contract writing and distribution of contracts to clients and contractors. Package approval to subcontractors and suppliers, enforcement of Health and safety and approval of project management plans.Overseeing the UK client base schedule and roll out of contracts within the shop fitting industry. The client base included Case Luggage who were located in Harrods, Gatwick and Heathrow airports, Steamer Trading, Internacionale, Blott (stationary) and many more high street retailers.

This role was mainly about education and educating the site which had little or no construction knowledge. The development was based on a post tension system which allowed you to construct on site and erect a 180, 200 & 240m2 floor plan two storey dwelling with two days.My role was to ensure the QA system was enforced and then diluted down to the next phase which was the erection process, my finishing background allowed me to pick out some floor within the design and assist the designers on choosing the correct products to use on the finishing.

Overseeing the development of a state of the art £6million house for the Malhotra Family. This included overseeing the daily site set up and coordination of contractors, detail writing and approval with Architect and designers, ensuring the standards met the exacting standard that the development demanded.The internal fabrics included high quality marble, specialist ceramics at values of 5k per sq mtr, intelligence system what operated the entire house with a iPhone. Designer bathrooms from Mildue, this project has too many specialist and high value fabrics to list.
