I serve as the internal and external point of contact for all systems and technology-related issues for the Care Net national office. I am the technical point of contact for both Care Net’s vendor relationships and for internal staff. I work to optimize the use of Care Net’s systems to increase the productivity and efficiency of Care Net’s staff across all departments.

I am a bridge builder and disciple of Jesus (Yeshua) the Messiah. My work at Care Net connects the ministries of local churches to pregnancy resource centers' clients. Care Net has over 1,200 affiliates in cities across the US that seek to transform lives and culture by the gospel of Jesus Christ. Two Bible passages weigh heavy on my heart: 1) Matthew 9:36–38 Seeing the people, He felt compassion for them, because they were distressed and dispirited like sheep without a shepherd. Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. “Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest.” 2) John 10:7–10 So Jesus said to them again, “Truly, truly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. “All who came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them. “I am the door; if anyone enters through Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly."

Volunteering with Care Net National (www.makinglifedisciples.com): We believe that “life decisions need life support,” and the church is God's instrument to provide life support to women, men, and families to empower them to choose life for their unborn children and abundant life for their families. Making Life Disciples can transform a church's response to the abortion crisis it equips the church to lead with credibility and love - offering compassion, hope, help, and discipleship to women and men facing pregnancy decisionsI served, alongside the national team, as support for churches in the Pacific Northwest and beyond.

I taught counseling, leadership, and biblical courses for an online school. I utilized a family systems perspective to help individuals understand their uniqueness and responsibilities where God has placed them in life. My strong desire was to see students mature in their faith and to live in life-to-life relationships with a view to raising up generations of disciples of Yeshua the Messiah. I created the online infrastructure for the school and provided direct support for all IT functions, student services and support, enrollments, and record keeping for the online school.

Worked as part of a group that explored ways to better reach men and fathers to support the vital ministries of the local Care Net pregnancy and family service centers. Every decision for life includes a child, a mother, and a father. I explored ways to further train fathers to be the kind of fathers that God wants them to be and to train them to train others. "The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also." (2 Timothy 2.2 NAS95) - My main focus was on implementation and sustainability of current programs, new programs, and National Fatherhood Initiative materials with a special emphasis on community networking and church ministry integration.

My time in the Air Force taught me what it meant to work hard and take responsibility for my own actions. As I learned the differences in levels of responsibility in relationship to those I trained, mentored, supervised, and lead, this phase of my life taught me the importance of having well defined personal and professional boundaries in regards to life goals, values, and priorities. Starting as Sensor/Photo technician, I served the bulk of my Air Force Career in Recruiting. I was non-prior service enlisted recruiter, squadron level trainer, health professions recruiter, and supervisor. Retiring as a MSgt – I am a Sr NCO – and will always be one. My comrades in arms in the USMC learn early what it means to be a Marine. It took me much longer to understand the importance of knowing not only what it means to be an Airman but the important part I have in living that out and passing it on to others. I salute all current and prior service members of the US Armed Forces. Thank you for all you do!
