During my internship with the National Association of EMS Educators, my responsibilities were as followed:Education Department- Assist with managing and coordinating events (courses, certification testing, and monthly meetings) using Google Calendar- Correspond with member registration regarding Google Classroom instruction- Revise and edit PowerPoints for class instruction, board meetings, faculty meetings, and large-scale events- Help with the preparation of course materials by packing, creating, printing, and organizing for upcoming Instructor Courses and NAEMSE's annual symposium and trade showMarketing Department- Generate and compile website analytics from Google Analytics to improve web traffic and content- Assist in preparing for the distribution of the weekly NAEMSE newsletter- Support in the weekly creation of engaging and on-brand social media contentAdministrative- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms- Provide information about courses and exams by answering questions and requests via phone, email, and mail- Utilize NAEMSE's content management system to confirm member profiles and review member types- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
