Implementation of this application will allow the Department to save $24,000 per month in document storage costs. The viewer is built using ASP.Net Web forms, VB.Net, JavaScript, AJAX, Oracle, and Atalasoft DocImage.Designed, developed, and implemented the Client Trust Fund Tracking System. The system is used by the Budget Department to track trust funds for the 7359 children in State Foster Care, totaling $1,731,994. Received the 2008 Davis Productivity Distinguished Individual Award for the implementation of this system. This system is built using ASP.Net Web Forms, VB.Net, JavaScript, and Oracle.

The web site is built using ColdFusion and Oracle.Food and Drug Administration (FDA) - Developed the Blood Establishment Registration application. Allows the FDA to track the status of all products being submitted by companies for approval. Responsible for requirements definition, design, development, report creation, database design, and data migration. This application is built using Oracle Forms and Oracle.Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) - Team Lead for the development team working on a three-tier client/server loan processing system. Allows the VBA to track the status of all loan requests being submitted. Responsible for managing development resources and assigning tasks, reviewing code, providing specifications and technical guidance, and developing code with Oracle PL/SQL and C with embedded SQL. Coordinated with the Visual Basic team to integrate the software components.Internal Revenue Service, Chief Counsel - Maintained systems supporting a nation-wide application used to track and report information about tax cases being handled by the Chief Counsel of the IRS. These systems are built using Oracle Forms and Oracle.Internal Revenue Service - Developed 5 Interactive Voice Response applications allowing callers to review and maintain information required by the IRS. The applications accessed existing Oracle databases using a C application. The applications were successfully installed in the IRS environment before the conclusion of the project.
