Also responsible for implementing and maintaining processes to rectify inefficiencies.All aspects of the role rely on a good working relationship with shop floor operators, their knowledge is relied upon to help resolve assembly issues effectively.Experience using Lean manufacturing tools and techniques to raise quality, reduce cost and improve schedule adherence.
