I have 30 years of experience of working in the Food, Oralcare, Healthcare, Cosmetic and Chemical industry with a multinational, as an independent consultant and for a food ingredient company. I have helped drive nutrition and regulatory strategies with numerous Industry Associations and government departments, chairing key food industry technical, regulatory and nutrition committees. I currently chair the executive of Food and Drink Federation Scotland,I have global regulatory, food safety and external affairs responsibility for a food ingredient (meat sector) company, influencing regulations and ensuring export certification to a business exporting to more than 100 countries. Managing our UK EU exit mitigation strategy is a key project as part of my global business continuity ownership. I have worked as a consultant in nutrition, food regulation and issue management helping primarily the food industry (snacks, breakfast cereals, food ingredients) to find solutions to its nutrition, regulatory or media challenges.
