Operating a centralised distribution network with regional cross-dock sites and an owned fleet of 350 vehicles EVO provides an unmatched service to clients across wholesale, corporate, public sector and online markets.

One of the UK's largest 'B2B' providers of energy management services to the Corporate, Public and SME sectors. Inenco acted for over 10,000 clients, managed more than 100,000 sites and procured over £3bn of energy spend annually. The unique, full-service offering integrated management of the complete energy 'life cycle' from generation, procurement and consumption through to sustainability, compliance and reporting.

Then the UK's largest provider of donation processing services ('banking and thanking') to the NFP sector. The client base included >60 of the top 100 ranked (by voluntary funds raised) charities and annual donations processed exceeded £150m.

A global developer of print and web content management solutions including business critical editorial, advertising and circulations systems, for many of the worlds leading News and Media brands. With a global installed base exceeding 1,000 clients Atex had operations in 16 countries, including USA, Australia, Brazil, Singapore, Malaysia and all the major European economies. With 'added-value' revenues approaching $90m the business, previously part of Kodak, had been owned since 1996 by a Norwegian private wealth fund.Over two years EBITDA improved >$20m and the role concluded with the carve out and sale of the US advertising and circulations systems to a leading West Coast US PE investor. Proceeds eliminated debt of $55m, generated a $20m dividend for investors and returned a growing, profitable, digital business with >$10m cash to its owners.

Then an AIM listed, high-service, aftermarket service partner managing product warranty and end-user support programmes on behalf of global consumer technology brands. The core proposition included the repair and servicing of mobile, interactive and connected devices such as smartphones, laptops and TV's. The Group had over 3,000 employees and operated from 15 sites across Europe, Africa, the Middle & Far East. Regenersis built strategic partnerships with global leaders such as Apple, Amazon and Vodafone.Over the five years Group revenues more than doubled to £125m and EBITDA margins increased from losses to 8%. The business was subsequently acquired by CTDI, a US trade buyer, in a £100m transaction

A stand-alone division within the LINPAC Group; a £1.3bn revenue family-owned packaging conglomerate. LINPAC Materials Handling ('LMH') operated in B2B markets designing and manufacturing re-usable packaging and storage systems primarily for high volume FMCG customers including Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury, Morrison, Carrefour, SAB Miller and Inbev; as well as large-scale industrial manufacturers such as Ford, Renault and BMW. The division had 1,800 employees in 11 countries and manufactured on 10 sites in the UK, France, Germany, Brazil, South Africa and USA. Revenues grew 60% to £165m and EBITDA increased from losses to profits of £20m. LMH sold for £160m in a transaction that took the business out of family ownership.

Listed on the LSE Main Market Tomkinsons' designed, manufactured and distributed high-quality, branded floor coverings, to the retail and commercial sectors. Customers included department stores, retail multiples and over 700 independent flooring specialists.Served as Group CFO at Tomkinsons PLC prior to transitioning to Chief Executive of retail operations on the sale to a strategic buyer in 1999.

A FTSE100 member, Coats Viyella was the largest supplier of apparel to the UK’s High Street. The private label division was created in 1995 following a request from M&S (Coats largest client) to create dedicated design and manufacturing facilities. The newly formed private label division (non-M&S) operated from 8 production sites across the UK with sales of £125m and 2,500 employees.From 1993 - 1995 served as Group CFO at Atkins PLC; a LSE Main Market listed textiles manufacturer subsequently acquired by Coats.
